My new R2 it looks more like my grandpa Connor now. I improved the facial characteristics. This is how my grandpa Connor use to help me remember things. Something I was always thankful for.
This one has more mesh statistics.
Its based on my grandpa Connor the time frame of the pub and when I use to go to his house and hang with him and his German Shepherd. this next one I added more detail before I add the eyelashes in I'm going to make. I had to add in the detail to make room for the eyelashes. I'm actually having fun. It use to annoy me at one point and my grandpa Connor was helping to fix that aspect.
This one has a little more detail around the mouth which had zero detail. It wort take me long to get all the good detail in maybe a week. I might add a simple Blender Addon that loads my base sculpting mesh rigged and then has a few vertex modifiers, just to make it easier on me., it will save me a few minutes of loading time and moving stock gender things around. Probably a level design addon to that creates things easier for me. Terrain plane sections parented at the right subdivision and size and simple things like that, auto section joining upon creation and material assignments. The layered terrain shader is easy. I figure a max of 3 layers of terrain material is all I will need on this one. Ground(dirt), sub surface(rock) and environmental impact or elements like snow or moss etc.. Being old technology on my Lenovo ThinkPad T420 I can use the performance increase by going simple, lean and mean. I figure 240m x 240m terrain sections is good enough. I might be able to go 4K on my terrain textures with 3 layers of them. I got a few ideas so I can do it in Blender Texture Paint.
